CEA Audit (CEA) is a Cyprus based regulated audit and accounting firm, providing a full range of professional advisory services to local and international clients in a wide range of industries. CEA has a Practicing Certificate from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) with License Number Ε186 and its employees are in their majority members of professional accountancy bodies, operating under the professional ethics of the accounting body they adhere to (ACCA/ICAEW) and the ones of ICPAC.

Mr Nicolaides has been a leading accounting, taxation and company valuation expert since 2005 and performed and supervised numerous projects in these areas in various industries.
Currently, Mr. Nicolaides is serving as the Managing Director at CEA Audit and prior to this, Mr. Nicolaides worked at Ernst & Young. Mr. Nicolaides holds a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester (UK) and an MSc in Management from London School of Economics and Political Sciences (UK).
Mr Nicolaides is a Qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and in possession of a Practicing Certificate from the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Mr. Nicolaides has also obtained the Advanced Certificate of professional competence from the Cyprus Stock Exchange Commission (CySEC) and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP – Cyprus branch). In 2019 he also obtained the Advanced Diploma of International Taxation (ADIT) offered by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK).
Mr. Meivatzis currently serves as a Director at CEA Audit, having priorly worked at KPMG Cyprus. A highly experienced professional with a demonstrated knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards and audit and assurance services along with considerable expertise in international tax planning and business valuations.
A holder of a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton (UK), an MSc in International Banking and Finance from the London Metropolitan University (UK), and a Qualified Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) possessing a Practising Certificate from the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), of which he is also a member.
Mr. Meivatzis is also a holder of the Transfer Pricing certificate of the Advanced Diploma of International Taxation (ADIT) issued by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK).
Mrs Michael is a valuable member of CEA Audit since 1993 and due to her never-say-never attitude, client oriented soft skills, excellent communication skills, practical approach, work ethic and commitment she climbed to the rank of Head of Accounting. She has extensive knowledge and unique experience in handling complex accounting issues with emphasis given on investment transactions, investment broker statements and analysis, loan portfolio analysis and calculations and promissory notes calculations and recordings. Mrs Michael is responsible for the day-to-day review of the accounting department and personally engaged in the accounting and liaison of our firm’s principal clients.
Mrs Pavlou Tziambou is a member of CEA Audit since 2008, when she initiated her path towards the accounting qualification.
Her resilience, commitment and hard work led to a successful career in CEA where she currently serves as a Manager in the audit department with years of experience in complex audits in various industries.

Mr Chrysostomou joined CEA Audit in 2010 as a junior accountant. His commitment, loyalty, knowledge, soft skills, communication skills and always positive attitude led to a successful career path in CEA where he currently serves as a Manager in the audit department of the firm with years of experience in complex audits. He also gained extensive knowledge of Cyprus Tax Laws as result of work experience, personal development and in-house seminars, hence sharing tax knowledge and expertise with clients on an everyday basis. Mr Chrysostomou holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Patras (Greece).
Mr Nicolaou is a highly experienced and well respected accountant within the Cyprus Accountancy Industry. Having served for a number of years overseas in jurisdictions such as United Arab Emirates and Libya, offering his accountancy expertise toward multinational organisations, he then took up the position of CFO in one of Cyprus most prolific construction companies, where he served at the same position for over two decades. Mr Nicolaou joined our firm in December 2015 and he has since successfully undertaken various accounting and vat projects serving as Head of Local Company Accounting and Vat Department.
